Dr Sumitra Kafle

CEO & Co-founder, Member of the Royal College of Anaesthesia

Dr Kafle studied Medicine and Surgery (MBChB) at The University of Bristol. Dr Kafle’s deep passion for innovation in health through technology and for global health led her to undertake BSc (Hons) in International Health at the University of Bristol.

Dr Navdeep Nath

Chief Medical Officer & Co-founder, Member of the Royal College of Physicians

Dr Nath is a British Doctor who studied BSc Immunology & Microbiology at the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne, before studying Medicine & Surgery (MBChB) at the University of Bristol. He completed the prestigious MRCP qualification in Medicine.

Sandip Kafle

Product Lead and Strategy Officer,  Co-founder

Born in Nepal and raised in England, Sandip pursued his bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Exeter. He has since gained broad experience working for NGOs in Europe and, more recently, the private investment sector.His cross-sectoral experience in industries and markets has equipped him with relevant tools and experience to become a crucial cog in the development of Upacare’s technology.

Experienced investor in early-stage ventures and has hands-on experience at start-ups, Hardiman has long been committed to the transformative impact of innovation. She holds a track record of developing strategy, growing businesses, managing risk and pioneering new areas of opportunity.Formerly CEO of FXecosystem and has held senior positions at Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley in Global Markets.
